For Creative Beauty Source

What gets built, in what order, and what it costs.

Your enquiry asked five things: my experience with WhatsApp and CRM integrations, the integration options and features, the social media capabilities, the timeline, and the pricing including recurring costs. This page answers them in that order, plus the parts I am deliberately not promising. The demo you just used is the product, running on your real catalogue.

999 AED / month

Setup: 2,999 AED free. Live in 2 weeks from account access. Support and agent adjustments are included while the subscription runs, not billed on top.

Where this has run before

Recent engagements, all UAE businesses.

Al Towba Perfumes
WhatsApp sales agent for a perfume manufacturer, quoting from their catalogue and capturing trade enquiries.
I2E Smart Mobility
WhatsApp automation running on a monthly retainer, with a CRM pipeline built behind it.
JustHype
WhatsApp campaign engine and conversion tracking for a streetwear retailer on Shopify.
The Monk
Marketing operations engagement: lead handling, tracking and a live reporting dashboard.
Secure Wedding Security
WhatsApp enquiry handling for an events security company.

What you get

Four pieces. They are one system, not four subscriptions.

The AI agent

Trained on your catalogue and your rules: brands, prices, delivery thresholds, GCC shipping, salon accounts. Answers in English and Arabic, around the clock. It hands bulk pricing and anything unusual to your team rather than guessing.

One inbox for three channels

WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger land in one screen. Your team reads every thread, replies from one place, and takes any conversation off the agent mid-chat.

Your CRM, fed automatically

Two options, your call. I integrate with the CRM you already run through its API, so every enquiry arrives as a contact with the salon name, lines, order size and stage. Or, if you would rather not touch your CRM yet, I host the pipeline and you log into it.

Campaigns and broadcasts

I write your Meta message templates, submit them for approval, and set up sending against your customer list. New stock, brand launches, restock reminders, salons that went quiet.

Social media capabilities

All three channels run on Meta's official business APIs, which is what your accounts already sit on.

WhatsApp
The full build: the agent, the inbox, the CRM capture and template campaigns on your WhatsApp Business number.
Instagram
The same agent answers DMs on @creativebeautysource, and story replies and comment-to-DM flows can trigger it.
Facebook Messenger
Connected to the same inbox and the same CRM, so a customer who starts on your page gets the same answers.

What runs on your card, not mine

Two costs are usage-based and billed by the provider directly to your card. I do not mark them up and I do not hold your money for them. You asked for the details, so here they are.

Meta conversation charges
WhatsApp charges per 24-hour conversation window, at Meta's published rates for the UAE, and the rate depends on the category: marketing messages cost more, replies to customers who messaged you cost less or nothing. Your card sits on your own Meta Business account, so the bill comes from Meta to you and you see exactly what each campaign cost. Instagram and Messenger conversations are currently free on Meta's side.
AI tokens for the chatbot
The agent runs on a paid AI model, billed by usage on your own account with the model provider, card yours. It scales with how many customers actually message you, and I set it up so you can see the spend in the provider dashboard at any time.

How it gets built

Two weeks, in this order, because each step needs the one above it. Step one is the only one that depends on you, and it decides whether we land on time.

  1. Accounts and access

Meta Business verification on your trade licence if not already done, the WhatsApp number claimed, Instagram and the Facebook page connected, and API access to your CRM. The Meta clock is Meta's, not mine.

Needs from you: trade licence, number, Meta admin access, CRM access
  2. Catalogue and business rules loaded

Your products, prices, brands, delivery thresholds and GCC shipping rules go into the agent, synced from the store so prices stay current.

  3. CRM mapping

I map what the agent captures, contact, salon, lines, order size, area, stage, onto the fields your CRM actually uses, and test the sync both ways.

  4. Agent built and tested in both languages

I run it against the questions you actually get, in English and Arabic, and tighten it until it answers like your best counter person. You review it before it touches a customer.

  5. Instagram and Messenger connected

The same agent and inbox go live on DMs and Messenger, and I write the handover rules for when a thread goes to your team.

  6. Templates submitted, then go live

Campaign templates go to Meta for approval while the rest finishes. Then your channels start answering, and I watch the first days of real conversations and adjust.

Support stays included while the subscription runs

What I am not promising

  • A sales figure. The agent answers in seconds and captures every enquiry that arrives. What that turns into depends on your traffic and how fast your team follows up on the leads it hands over.
  • That the agent handles every message alone. Bulk pricing, complaints and anything unusual go to your team in the inbox. That is the design, so a salon never gets a confident wrong answer.
  • Prices it was not given. The bot quotes your store prices and nothing else. You saw that in the demo, and it is what makes it safe to leave running overnight.
  • Template approval on the first try. Meta rejects templates sometimes. I rewrite and resubmit as part of the service, but it can add days I do not control.
  • A deeper CRM sync than your CRM's API allows. What your system exposes is what I can write to. I confirm the exact field mapping with you in week one, before anything goes live.
  • The Meta verification timeline. If verification runs slow, the 2 weeks start when it clears, not before.

If this reads right, message me and I will send the account access checklist the same day.
